Job summary

QISG (Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group) in Denver, CO seeks an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead integrated planning for multi-project EPC programs. The role develops strategies, manages a Scheduler/Planner team, and builds a robust scheduling function to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on planning leader who understands engineering, procurement, and construction interactions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to lead Scheduler/Planner teams and improve processes.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience and CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners for complex EPC projects.
• Build planning processes, standards, and career development opportunities.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop EPC master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and milestones.
• Partner with clients and subcontractors to resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate risks and recovery strategies.
• Analyze logic, lag/lead time, float, and resource impacts on timelines.
• Oversee CPM and LSM schedule development with cost/load and cadence.
• Lead schedule reviews, baseline development, progress updates, and change management.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis.
