Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Scheduler/Planners teams.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners for complex EPC projects.
• Build and grow planning/scheduling processes, standards, and career development.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop EPC master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and milestones.
• Partner with clients, subcontractors, and project leaders to resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate drivers, risks, and recovery strategies.
• Oversee CPM and cost/schedule integration, EVM, and performance reporting.
