Job summary

Quanta Services’ QISG unit seeks an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager in the Houston area to lead integrated planning across multi-project EPC programs. The role oversees a team of Scheduler/Planners, develops scheduling strategies, and partners with clients and subcontractors to align execution plans and milestones.

The ideal candidate drives key schedule drivers, manages critical path risks, and builds a robust scheduling function to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong CPM scheduling, critical path methodology, and schedule analytics.
• Ability to identify schedule drivers and explain the impact of logic ties, lag/lead time, float, constraints, and sequencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners supporting complex EPC projects.
• Build and grow the planning and scheduling team by establishing processes and best practices.
• Provide leadership for integrated project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
