Job summary

Quanta Services' QISG team in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead integrated planning across complex EPC programs. You will develop project planning strategies, oversee a team of Scheduler/Planners, and build a strong scheduling function to support successful project execution, including critical path analysis.

Ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, understands engineering, procurement, construction interdependencies, and can drive mitigation of schedule

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Proven ability to build and improve scheduling processes and team capabilities.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners supporting complex EPC projects.
• Build and grow the planning and scheduling team by establishing processes and best practices.
• Provide leadership for integrated project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain EPC master schedules that align engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor activities, and client milestones.
• Partner with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and leaders to align execution plans and resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate key schedule drivers, risks, and recovery strategies.
