Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead a multi‑project EPC planning team. This hands‑on leader will guide master scheduling, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The role requires 10+ years of EPC scheduling, proven leadership, and strong collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Scheduler/Planners teams.
• Proven ability to build and improve scheduling processes and team capabilities.
• Expert‑level Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners supporting complex EPC projects.
• Develop and maintain EPC master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor activities, and client milestones.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate schedule drivers, risks, and recovery strategies.
• Oversee CPM and LSM schedule development, including cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Lead schedule reviews, baseline development, progress updates, forecasting, and change management.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis (TIA).
• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPI reporting.
