Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead integrated planning across complex multi-project programs. You will oversee a team of Scheduler/Planners, develop strategies, and establish a strong scheduling function to support project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong CPM scheduling and critical path knowledge.
• Ability to analyze schedule drivers and dependencies.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule reporting.
• Collaborative leadership with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners supporting complex EPC projects.
• Build and grow the planning and scheduling team by establishing processes, standards, best practices, and career development opportunities.
• Provide leadership and oversight for integrated project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain EPC master schedules that align engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor activities, and client milestones.
• Partner with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and functional leaders to align execution plans and resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate key schedule drivers, risks, constraints, and recovery strategies.
• Analyze schedule logic, relationships, lag/lead time, float, sequencing, and resource impacts to understand driving dates.
• Challenge schedule assumptions and work with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Oversee CPM and LSM schedule development, including cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Lead schedule reviews, baseline development, progress updates, forecasting, and change management.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path reviews, and time impact analysis (TIA).
• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and integrated cost/schedule performance reporting.
• Establish scheduling standards and improve planning discipline across projects and teams.
• Support proposal, pursuit, and project startup planning efforts.
