Job summary

Samuel EPC seeks a skilled craft foreman to work with the Construction Manager and Superintendents on EPC projects. You will oversee craft crews, plan activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality programs while coordinating with project management and client representatives.

Essential requirements include seven years of heavy industrial project experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets. Travel and field assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Seven years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects.
• Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements for industrial projects.
• Ability to interact with project team members, craft employees, clients, and subcontractors.
• Preferred knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel and PDF tools (Bluebeam/Adobe).
• Experience as a foreman is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise craft activities across assigned project.
• Interface with Construction Manager, Project Engineer and client representatives to ensure policy adherence.
• Review constructability with aim to meet quality, cost and schedule commitments.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and manpower; forecast material needs and requisitions.
