Job summary

Samuel EPC is seeking a seasoned construction craft supervisor to plan, coordinate and manage craft activities across EPC projects. The role involves supervising site foremen, craft employees, and field engineers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality programs.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in heavy industrial settings, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources while interfacing with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Seven years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects such as refineries, petro-chemical complexes, power plants, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of site foremen, craft employees, and field engineers on assigned project.
• Interface with Construction Manager, Project Manager, and client representatives to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Review constructability with project team to meet quality, cost and schedule commitments.
• Forecast material or personnel needs and prepare requisitions before items are required on site.
