Job summary

SAMUEL EPC is seeking skilled professionals to lead craft teams across multiple locations. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on foreman experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with industrial construction methods. Collaboration with project stakeholders and accurate progress reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects (refineries, petrochemical, power plants).
• Familiar with construction methods, labor requirements for industrial projects.
• Ability to interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership to manage craft employees, budgets, schedules.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Word, Excel, PDF tools helpful.
• State construction licenses if required.
• Hands-on foreman experience in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of site foremen, craft employees, and field engineers.
• Interface with Construction Manager, Project Manager, client representatives and subcontractors to enforce policies.
• Review constructability with the goal of meeting quality, cost and schedule commitments.
• Develop and implement craft work packaging and execution plans.
• Fill out progress updates and forecast material or personnel needs.
• Ensure safety and quality programs are followed on site.
