Job summary

Samuel EPC LLC seeks a seasoned construction crafts lead to plan, develop and manage craft activities on EPC projects. As a key interface with the Construction Manager and field teams, you will oversee supervisor development and ensure adherence to safety and quality programs.

Ideal candidates bring seven years of heavy industrial project experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Word/Excel, and Bluebeam. A state license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects.
• Experience leading craft teams, managing budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of industrial construction methods and labor requirements.
• Ability to interface with managers, clients and subcontractors.
• Familiar with project safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage craft activities for EPC projects.
• Assist in execution plan development and supervise craft work packaging.
• Oversee development and implementation of supervisor craft teams.
• Interface with project managers, client reps and subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor schedules, materials and personnel to meet quality and cost targets.
