Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Engineer 3 to lead engineering efforts on utility-scale projects. This role can be performed remotely or at the Edison, NJ office. Key responsibilities include value engineering, QA/QC oversight, and multi-discipline engineering coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4–7 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Compensation ranges from $112,656 to $135,188.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of engineering experience in EPC or renewable energy projects.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to project sites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for utility‑scale EPC projects.
• Review technical RFP documents for engineering input.
• Manage Owner and Consultant interfaces during project phases.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong organizational skills

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Working knowledge of Primavera P6

Interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Solar focus preferred)
