Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an EPC Manager in Houston, TX to lead end-to-end delivery of behind-the-meter generation projects, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, EPC contractors and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety objectives.

You will guide Project Managers, manage governance and controls, and drive successful handovers to operations, while building a high-performing onsite delivery organization for future expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, energy management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years’ experience in major EPC, energy, power generation, industrial, BESS or related energy infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for end-to-end delivery of behind-the-meter generation projects, including major equipment procurement, engineering oversight, subcontractor management, installation and handover to operations.
• Lead and coach Project Managers, ensuring proper planning, control and execution.
• Drive project governance, schedule, cost, risk, change management, forecasting and performance reporting.
