Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Manager- EPC in Houston to lead the integrated delivery of large gas processing and related projects from development through turnover.

You will direct engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE, and commercial teams, aligning scope, cost, schedule, risk, and client expectations into a single execution plan. Extensive travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years delivering large industrial EPC projects.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality delivery of EPC projects.
• Lead integrated project execution plan, staffing, contracting, procurement, and master schedule.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE, and commercial functions.
• Manage owner communications, risk, and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee turnover, closeout, and lessons learned for project improvements.
