Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Project Manager, Major Projects to lead on-site execution of high-value projects in the United States. You will oversee load-in, installation, commissioning and demobilization while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years of field project management experience, EPC/EPCM familiarity, and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams. Travel is 40–60% and a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field-related project management experience.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM or similar integrated project teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R and electrical power systems is a plus.
• Strong safety leadership and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of complex, high-value major projects.
• Mentor and lead Major Projects team with program leaders.
• Coordinate estimates, drawings and materials for customer quotes.
• Manage 3-5 major projects through full life cycles.
• Plan and direct installation, commissioning, maintenance and demobilization.
• Interface with client, contractors, engineers, vendors and service reps.
• Travel 40-60% of time across North America.
