This capital-projects role operates in an EPC environment, driving tenders from scope through award and administering contracts through execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain within power generation or EPC.
• Demonstrated ownership of competitive tenders for engineering services and materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven cost analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering for engineering services and long-lead equipment.
• Negotiate contracts and administer purchase orders with Legal and vendors.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls to define scopes.
• Monitor cost, risk, and supplier performance across projects.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records and supplier performance reviews.
