Quanta Power Solutions seeks a seasoned Procurement Specialist III to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for complex EPC projects in power generation, renewables, data centers, and infra. You will drive procurement plans, negotiate terms, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in procurement for industrial construction, with ERP and supplier performance expertise, in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–8 years in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing in industrial construction or EPC contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop strategies for major equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, warranties, terms, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management on requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
