Invenergy LLC is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Construction Contracts to lead EPC and complex construction agreements for renewable energy projects. You will set contracting strategy, guide negotiations, and advise senior teams on risk and structure.

You will partner with engineering, procurement, legal, safety, and finance to ensure contract excellence, maintain standards, and deliver on portfolio objectives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, legal, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in project management, construction, procurement, legal, and/or contracting for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience preparing, drafting, negotiating, and managing complex EPC or construction contracts.
• Experience leading high-value contract negotiations and advising senior stakeholders on commercial risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead the contracting strategy, preparation, negotiation, and execution of EPC and other construction-related agreements for renewable energy projects.
• Serve as a senior technical authority for contract structure, risk control, scope alignment, terms and conditions.
• Ensure standard documents are used in RFPs and EPC contracts while tailoring agreements to project needs.
• Advise on portfolio-level risk management strategies and deviation resolutions.
• Lead cross-functional negotiations with engineering, procurement, legal, safety, environmental, finance, and development teams.
• Manage multiple high-value contract workstreams to support timely execution across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors and external partners; resolve complex negotiation issues.
• Establish and improve contracting standards, tools, templates, and processes to reduce risk and minimize execution time.
• Translate lessons learned into contract language and negotiation strategies.
