Zusammenfassung

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Manager on the Construction Contracts team to lead the execution of EPC contracts across renewable energy projects. You will shepherd multiple contracts, assess risks, and ensure compliance with Invenergy standards while guiding internal teams through negotiation and documentation.

Based in Chicago, this role collaborates with engineering, procurement, safety, and project controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, legal, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in PM, construction, and/or contracting of large-scale projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Ensure standard contract documents are used across EPC contracts.
• Guide the preparation of RFPs for EPC contracts.
• Organize contract negotiations and support timely contract executions for multiple projects.
• Ensure EPC contracts are executed according to industry best practices and Invenergy standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, safety, environmental, project controls, and other teams to update standard forms and develop new contracts.
• Report contract statuses to management and assess conformance with standards.
• Provide risk management insights during the contracting phase.
• Develop training materials on contracting best practices and lead sessions.
