The role sits within the Supply Chain organization and collaborates with development, engineering, project management, finance, legal, interconnection, and commercial teams to ensure risk allocation and commercial protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, EPC contracting, procurement, or project execution.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, issuance, evaluation, and award of RFPs for utility-scale projects.
• Negotiate and execute EPC, construction, procurement, and related project agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Review and negotiate warranties, indemnities, insurance, performance guarantees, and terms.
• Support project execution through contract administration and risk mitigation.
