Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Project Manager II to lead design-build/ EPC projects, directing engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction teams from inception to closeout.

You will oversee prime contracts, manage subcontracts and purchase orders, ensure safety, quality and environmental standards, and coordinate with clients to drive project success and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for transmission, distribution, and substation.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental practices.
• Experience with procurement, scheduling, estimating, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion.
• Direct engineering design and construction activities.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental goals.
• Plan, execute, and report on project performance.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication.
• Resolve disputes and oversee health/safety plans.
• Develop and manage schedules, values, and procurement.
• Oversee subcontractor/submittals and payments.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure internal standards.
