Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist for Electrophysiology (EP) in the United States. You will provide advanced engineering, educational and clinical support to physicians and health care professionals, with a focus on EP products and case coverage.

Role includes mentoring less experienced CS staff, delivering trainings, and building strong relationships with customers while staying current on regulatory requirements and product developments. Base pay ranges widely with location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external).
• IBHRE EP certified.
• Ability to perform complex EP cases solo.
• Solely dedicated to EP support.
• Verification of vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for EP products.
• Mentor and train less experienced EP CS roles and CA CS roles.
• Develop and lead trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities to influence growth.
• Offer regional EP procedural case coverage and back-up sales support.
• Stay current on developments in EP, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
