Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year in previous position.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical EP experience.
• Prior industry/competitive experience (if external).
• Solely dedicated to EP support.
• IBHRE EP certified.
• Top performer amongst peers.
• Ability to perform complex EP cases solo.
• Ability to mentor EP CS roles and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases.
• Ability to conduct complex customer education events solo to sell the value proposition of the full EP portfolio.
• Verification of vendor credentialing requirements including potential vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and technical support for EP products.
• Act as senior clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product knowledge.
• Advise on customer needs, product performance and opportunities to sales teams.
• Lead trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance on market feedback and next generation products.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage.
• Support EP Sales Representatives in sales, seminars, studies and training.
• Stay current on EP developments, regulatory requirements and industry trends.
