Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Sheridan, Wyoming, is seeking a Field Technician to support environmental sampling across air, soil, water and related media. You’ll travel to customer sites, collect and test samples, and contribute to field operations in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, willingness to travel (overnight stays), and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work Monday–Friday with some variability by client needs, and join a team focused on

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in related work is preferred.
One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred.
Ability to travel with some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer and environmental testing sites.
Collect, process and test environmental samples (air, soil, water, etc.).
Perform field services using standard environmental practices and document results.
Prepare vehicles and equipment for daily field operations.
Maintain logs, forms, databases and documentation accurately and timely.
Support review and implementation of field programs to meet needs.
