Job summary

Pace® Labs is seeking an Air Quality Technical Specialist to join our Sheridan, WY team. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on advanced air quality analysis and policy implementation.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in chemistry, meteorology, or environmental science with at least eight years of relevant experience; a Master’s or PhD is strongly preferred. You will lead staff, manage complex data, and ensure QA of testing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, meteorology, environmental science or closely related field is required and eight+ years of related experience.
• Masters or PhD degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience with highly specialized or technical programs or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, provide direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee complex forms, documents, databases, and materials.
• Provide expert analysis and guidance on policies, programs, and practices.
• Research issues and coordinate resources to resolve employee, management, and customer questions.
• Identify trends from data and present recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy of testing, equipment, and reports through audits and collaboration.
