Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Independence, LA is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by building long-term client relationships and selling across all service lines. You will lead strategic prospecting, leverage industry connections, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored environmental solutions.

The role demands a proven record in consultative sales, knowledge of regulatory environments (RCRA, OSHA), and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or Environmental Studies.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably within Environmental Services.
• Experience with the Sandler selling methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance or willingness to become a subject matter expert.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW to Triumvirate's customers.
• Master and sell all service lines, partnering with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting including referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows.
• Cold call new prospective companies that match target profile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region.
• Travel regionally to meet clients and attend conferences.
