Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering and PE license.
• 7+ years of related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise evaluating sediment remediation technologies and design sediment remediation for riverine, coastal, riparian/floodplain, and port settings.
• Understand principles of sediment transport, environmental site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, and remedial design/construction.
• Support statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Act as task manager on sediment site components, communicating technical strategy to clients and coordinating with SME’s.
• Liaise with clients and outside consultants, presenting complex evaluations to non-experts.
• Lead staff in preparing and reviewing technical information to ensure regulatory compliance.
