CDM Smith’s Providence office is seeking an Environmental Professional to blend field data collection with technical leadership. You will analyze site data, guide project approaches, and support NEPA documents and feasibility studies while collaborating with engineers and scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline required.
• 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on workload.

Responsibilities

• Under light supervision, analyzes site data with basic to high complexity.
• Supports applying site data to project approaches.
• Conducts field investigations.
• Performs soil, water, air, etc. sampling and related site investigations.
• Prepares environmental studies (NEPA documents, field reports, feasibility studies).
• Collaborates with scientists, engineers, and construction staff to implement approved approaches.
• Provides guidance on project approaches and supervises junior staff as needed.
• May supervise junior staff and contribute to technical papers and designs.
