Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects in the AVL area. You will manage Phase I and Phase II ESAs, coordinate regulatory compliance, and guide a team of professionals across private and public sector clients.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client communication, and strategic project execution, with oversight of budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I ESAs and Phase II investigations for complex properties.
• Develop investigation strategies, regulatory strategies, and closure plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Engage with clients, regulators, attorneys, and developers.
