Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects across private and public sectors. You will manage Phase I/II ESAs, regulatory compliance, and remediation strategies, partnering with developers, attorneys, lenders, regulators, and clients.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, business development, and mentoring junior staff to grow BLE’s environmental services while delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Biology, Chemistry; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial/industrial properties.
• Lead Phase II ESAs and follow-up investigations.
• Coordinate environmental due diligence for property transactions and redevelopment.
• Develop investigation strategies and Conceptual Site Models (CSMs).
• Maintain client relationships and communicate findings to regulators and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and support BLE’s environmental practice growth.
