Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING seeks an experienced Service Leader – Environmental Due Diligence to lead site assessment and redevelopment efforts. This role focuses on managing Phase I/II ESAs and supporting Brownfields projects, reporting to the Department Manager and guiding staff.

The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate and transactional due diligence knowledge, plus experience with federal/state cleanup programs and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental field required.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence projects.
• Strong understanding of ASTM Phase I/II ESAs and AAI.
• Familiarity with Brownfields programs and state cleanup frameworks.
• Proven leadership and staff mentorship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Phase I ESAs, Phase II investigations, and Brownfields projects.
• Develop work plans, sampling strategies, and technical reports.
• Ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and technical quality.
• Serve as primary client contact for developers, lenders, attorneys, and public agencies.
