Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING (BLE) is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental consulting projects and serve as a technical advisor to clients in private and public sectors.

You will manage Phase I and Phase II ESAs, due diligence, Brownfields redevelopment, and remediation strategies, coordinating with developers, lenders, and regulators to minimize risk while delivering compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field; master's preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Experience leading Phase I/Phase II ESAs and environmental due diligence.
• Professional registration such as PG, PE, CHMM preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial, industrial, institutional, and development properties.
• Lead and manage Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and follow-up environmental investigations.
• Develop investigation strategies that provide clients with sufficient information to make informed property and development decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior scientists, engineers, geologists, and field personnel.
• Provide technical guidance on field methods, data interpretation, regulatory requirements, and project execution.
