Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects, including Phase I/II ESAs, due diligence, Brownfields, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide technical teams, manage project scopes, and interface with developers, owners, lenders, regulators, and attorneys. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, mentorship abilities, and a track record of delivering technically sound

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in environmental science/engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–10 years progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Experience with Phase I & II ESAs and due diligence.
• Professional registrations such as PG, PE, CHMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for various property types.
• Lead Phase II investigations and follow-up environmental studies.
• Develop investigative strategies and regulatory strategies.
• Manage budgets, scopes, and client relationships.
