SME seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to work with key clients on environmental due diligence, revitalization of contaminated sites, and advising owners on findings and options while managing regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities include developing the environmental practice, securing opportunities, preparing proposals, and mentoring project teams to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and maintain records.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance SME's value for clients.
• Ability to adapt to change and handle interruptions.
• Aptitude for solving complex technical problems in the field.
• Demonstrates ethical conduct and maintains confidentiality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish an environmental practice with prospects and clients.
• Identify and secure business opportunities independently or with BD activities.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate service fees and contracts.
• Represent SME in professional organizations to enhance visibility of the environmental team.
