Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in Framingham, MA seeks an Environmental Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience to support our Environmental Solutions Practice.

You will manage small-to-mid-size projects, coordinate with senior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and on-time delivery. This role offers direct project ownership, growth into senior management, and collaboration within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of environmental consulting experience focused on site investigation and remediation.
• Experience with state-specific environmental regulations in New England strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree (optional) is a plus.
• Current 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-to-mid-size environmental projects to meet technical, regulatory, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Support senior Project Managers on large, complex remediation and multi-site programs.
• Plan, schedule, and implement site investigations and remedial activities per state regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to align with scope and budget.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and financial performance with updates.
• Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders on status and decisions.
