Job summary

WSB is seeking a senior environmental leader in Idaho to guide CERCLA, RCRA and related investigations. You will direct site characterization, risk assessments, and remedial design while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, defensible solutions.

Lead proposals, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and foster client relationships. The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a national environmental practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting or regulatory experience.
• Experience managing CERCLA, Brownfields, environmental investigation/remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfields, and regulatory programs.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for CERCLA, RCRA and related environmental projects.
• Manage site characterization, investigations, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and remedial designs.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans and work plans.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submittals with strong QA.
• Review deliverables for technical quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support client review of documents and data analysis for decision making.
• Coordinate with scientists, geologists, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration and quality.
