WSB in Boise, Idaho seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead civil and environmental projects from concept to construction. You will oversee CERCLA investigations and remediation, manage design development, and ensure quality across deliverables while collaborating with clients and agencies.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a PE or EIT pathway, with 6+ years in design and construction oversight and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Travel to sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license in ID or a state, or ability to obtain within 6 months (preferred).
• EIT license required.
• 6+ years designing and overseeing construction.
• Experience with permitting and environmental compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil and environmental projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee CERCLA or brownfield investigations and remediation.
• Manage design development incl. plans, drawings, reports, and permitting.
• Ensure quality and technical excellence of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
