Strong technical leadership, client-facing skills, and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/geology field.
• 8+ years of direct environmental consulting experience, including leadership and client-facing responsibility on CERCLA projects.
• Experience with mining or mining-related environmental projects.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee technically rigorous work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for environmental investigations, remedial designs, and construction projects under CERCLA.
• Lead soil and groundwater remediation, environmental investigations, and PRP oversight.
• Apply CERCLA regulations and best practices; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and support agency coordination and client relations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including technical proposals and scopes of work.
