Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with sediment remediation experience to lead multiple design and construction projects across the United States.

The role requires 10+ years in environmental construction and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with specialty subcontractors, review change orders, and provide monthly status reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Manager experience in the environmental construction industry.
• Must have experience working on projects throughout the US.
• Able to work on and oversee multiple projects. The successful candidate will be required to go to project sites.
• Professional accreditation in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong technical skills related to cost estimating and scheduling software.
• 40 hour hazwoper training
• Commitment to Health and Safety
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design and construction projects for sediment and environmental remediation.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates and proposals; develop self-perform estimates; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Lead pre-construction meetings, attend weekly construction meetings, visit sites to monitor progress.
• Review and process pay applications; negotiate change orders; prepare contract amendments.
• Provide monthly budget reports; establish baselines; track schedules and risks.
• Support project close-out activities and document control.
