Arcadis seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large sediment and environmental remediation projects. You will lead craft labor, subcontractors, and safety programs, ensuring work aligns with contract documents and client objectives.

You will coordinate with design staff, monitor costs and schedules, and manage field changes, RFIs, and submittals, while reporting progress to the Arcadis Project Manager. A CCM is preferred with willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years experience as Construction Manager for large sediment and environmental remediation projects.
• OSHA 40 Hour Hazwoper and 10 Hour Site Supervisor.
• Willingness to relocate or to travel full-time.
• Commitment to Health and Safety.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Manage craft labor, subcontractors, site safety, and suppliers; relay issues to clients and deviations from plan.
• Lead daily and weekly construction meetings, safety meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Monitor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment; assist with field changes.
• Track project costs, change management, and claims; report to Arcadis Project Manager.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders; liaison with design staff via RFIs.
