Arcadis Construction Service seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years in environmental construction, focusing on sediment remediation. You will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, develop cost estimates, and coordinate with specialty subcontractors to win proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Manager experience in environmental construction.
• Experience on sediment/remediation projects preferred.
• Willing to travel within the USA and oversee multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple design and construction projects for clients from preconstruction through execution.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates and proposals for sediment and environmental remediation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure project budgets and schedules are met.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and site visits to monitor progress.
• Review pay applications, change orders, and contract amendments; provide status reports.
