Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Manager experience in the environmental construction industry.
• Must have experience working on projects throughout the US
• Professional accreditation in a relevant discipline (Construction Management, Cert. Construction Administrator, Cert. Construction Manager) or related project experience
• Strong technical skills related to cost estimating and scheduling software
• 40 hour hazwoper training
• Commitment to Health and Safety
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design and construction projects on behalf of our clients for various sediment and environmental remediation projects.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates and proposals, including self-perform estimates and coordination with specialty subcontractors.
• Provide constructability reviews during the design process to meet budget and schedule.
• Develop planning/execution programs, value engineering, and support for project components.
• Lead pre-construction meetings, site visits, and weekly construction meetings.
• Process ASIs/RFIs, review pay applications, and negotiate change orders and contract amendments.
• Maintain document control files and prepare monthly status reports.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management activities; oversee all change orders.
