Job summary

Stantec is seeking an exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individual with keen interest in permitting complex pipeline and energy projects to join our team. Our staff includes specialists in biology, wetland science, soil science, fisheries, botany, hydrogeology, engineering, forestry, habitat and ecosystem restoration, environmental policy and permitting, and GIS.

Qualifications

• Experience managing pipeline permits and agency coordination.
• Strong knowledge of FERC, NEPA, and related regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for oil & gas midstream permitting projects and energy transition initiatives across the US.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination for Threatened & Endangered Species, 404/10, CZMA, and Section 106.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and support proposal development.
• Create technical documents and review regulatory submissions.
• Support and ensure HSSE policies and coordinate with HSSE professionals.
• Collaborate with Environmental and Regulatory Specialists to ensure consistent project execution.
• Work within a larger midstream and energy permitting team with national opportunities.
