Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America. Hybrid role, based in USA offices. You will provide technical leadership in ecological aspects and environmental permitting for major energy and infrastructure projects.

You will lead business development, mentor teams, and expand ERM's market presence while delivering sustainable, high-value solutions for clients.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.
Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
Expertise in HCPs and regional permitting.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting.
Support clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
Develop and grow key client relationships and identify new services.
Mentor technical staff and project managers.
Collaborate with partners and leaders to drive regional and national growth.
