Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America, with a hybrid role based in US offices. The role provides technical leadership in ecological resources, mitigation, restoration, and permitting while expanding ERM's market presence.

You will lead client relationships, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with service lines to drive growth and project delivery excellence on major energy and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Deep understanding of mitigation, ecorestoration, and habitat conservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and permitting programs.
• Support clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners to support regional and national growth.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
