Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice in North America. This hybrid role can be based in any USA office and focuses on power, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology clients.

You will provide senior leadership in biological resources, ecological mitigation, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting, guiding major infrastructure projects while expanding ERM's market presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including habitat conservation.
• Strong understanding of North American energy markets.
• Excellent client relationship skills and project leadership.
• Experience with HCPs and regional permitting.
• Proven track record in multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting.
• Support clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operations.
• Develop and grow key client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners to support regional and national growth.
• Drive project delivery while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
