Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America. This hybrid role can be based out of ERM offices in the USA, with leadership in biological resources, ecological mitigation, and environmental permitting.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, develop new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to major infrastructure clients. Equity ownership and global reach accompany local impact in a leading sustainability firm.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Proven leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
