Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Thacker Pass, NV seeks an Environmental Manager to support the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive Environmental Management Plan and to supervise a team coordinating plan integration and execution.

You will work with functional leads, evaluate performance trends, provide technical guidance on mitigation measures, and ensure protection of environmentally sensitive areas and communities throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's (or international equivalent) and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.
• Experience on construction projects site establishment (earthworks, civil works, piling).
• Ability to develop dashboards and perform regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage an environmental services program and supervise contractors.
• Provide technical support within ESH teams and other project functions.
• Emphasize risk assessment and use Bechtel's ESH Management System.
• Prepare technical and regulatory reports and conduct environmental studies.
• Develop and maintain CECP and adapt it across project stages.
