Job summary

Fluor is seeking a seasoned HSE professional to manage and train teams on HSE activities for large-scale TIC projects in the United States. You will guide business lines and project teams on HSE practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop project-wide safety programs with a focus on risk assessments and safety culture.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to coordinate with management, vendors, and stakeholders while upholding Fluor's safety

Qualifications

• Four-year degree (or global equivalent) with 8 years' related experience, or 12 years' equivalent without degree.
• Strong communication with management, coworkers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for TIC projects.
• Provide guidance on HSE practices to project teams and clients.
• Develop and supervise HSE programs across projects and sites.
• Run gap analyses to align practices with client and regulatory requirements.
