Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to manage safety activities for large-scale TIC projects in the United States. You will train teams, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while providing guidance to project management and operations.

The role requires a four-year degree with extensive related experience and the ability to interpret and apply safety standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an applicable field with eight years of related experience (twelve years if non-degreed).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge and the ability to apply local, state/province, and federal statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for TIC large-scale projects; include budgets, staffing, schedules and documentation.
• Provide guidance to business lines and project teams on HSE practices and regulatory requirements.
• Make independent engineering/scientific decisions in HSE using advanced techniques and methods.
