Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supervisor level experience across environmental remediation, heavy civil, demolition, mining, dredging/waterway, and general contracting environments.
• Ability to review project schedules to plan and direct field activities.
• Ability to communicate with and direct teams of multiple crafts and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project contracts, specifications, and drawings; ability to identify changes and impacts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with H&S reps to enforce Health and Safety Plans.
• Review hazards and participate in Job Hazard Analysis and incident investigations.
• Perform pre-task planning and coordinate field activities and resources.
• Lead craft personnel and subcontractors to meet project rules, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Ensure accurate timecards reflect hours and tasks and are submitted timely.
• Assist in planning work schedules, workforce levels, material quantities, and equipment needs.
• Assist with selecting and hiring project craft personnel.
